How does the website chat work?
Copy the widget code from Tweely and paste it into your site. Tweely checks the code is on your site and then switches the chat button on there. Chats arrive in the same inbox as all your other chats.
Is website chat free?
Free business pages can switch on website chat after verifying the owner’s phone number. Silver and Gold add more styles, more websites, file sharing in chats and, on Gold, premium looks and a welcome voice.
Can the widget be used on other people’s sites?
No. The widget only runs on websites you verified, so nobody can copy your code onto a site you don’t control.
