What are Tweely Chats?
Chats are for people you know. A Chat opens when you both follow each other, or when someone finds you by your phone number. There is no AI in Chats, and your history is kept.
Business pages don’t use Chats. They talk to you through their Lines, so your Chats stay with friends and family.
Who sees my phone number?
In a Chat, you see each other’s verified number once you have both written. Your number is never shown on your profile.
What happens when a stranger writes to me?
Someone who finds you by your number can send one hello, with no links or photos, until you reply. You can block or report any chat.
Who can add me to a group?
Only people you are connected with can add you to a group. Pages never add people: you join their groups with an invite link or QR code.
